Annual Day celebrations

Annual Day celebrations

St Aloysius College Higher Primary School held its Annual Day celebrations here on December 15. The theme of the programme was Harmony in Nature.

Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest Dr Christopher Pais recalled the nostalgic days that he had spent at the institution as a child. He said that the health of a child mainly depends upon parental care, as it is a critical stage in their life for nourishment and advised parents to avoid giving junk food to their wards.

In his Presidential address, the Rector of St Aloysius Institutions Rev. Fr Dion Vaz SJ said he was proud of the Institution as every child has been involved in the day’s celebration. He lauded the Correspondent Rev Fr Eric Mathias SJ, Headmistress Philomena Lewis and the entire staff for the valuable foundation that the students receive here. He said that every child must dream and work hard to make it a reality.

Later prize winners of sports and co-curricular activities were honoured. The grandeur in the extravagant cultural programme was witnessed by parents and well-wishers.
